       So, when are you switching away from Apple?What other services you think may be in consideration?What about purchasing the tracks and self hosting on Nextcloud.I am aware that you self hosted and even made tutorials about self hosting Nextcloud. I learned few things from your tutorial from 2016 while setting up my current instance BTW. It has been running pretty smoothly so far.@kev

       @murtezayesil I have no intentions of switching any time soon. Iā€™m very happy with the Apple system.For the amount of tracks I own, it would be cost prohibitive to buy it all. Thatā€™s not including my wifeā€™s library which we would have to buy too.Nextcloud is ok at best with most things it tries to do. I have no interest in battling with Nextcloud and my wife definitely doesnā€™t.Then thereā€™s new music based on my listening. That would all go if i went to self-hosted. Thatā€™s my fav part.

       @kev Thanks!  One of my offspring has apple devices and uses spotify (which i pay for of course)...so was interested in moving them away from spotify. Apple makes sense.  @qqlq Thanks for info on that extra perk via apple music...my kid isn't interested in that kind of stuff..but if i'm going to keep paying a provider (either spotify or apple), i like hearing any/all little perks that come with being a paying customer. šŸ‘
