I’ve been going on a thread storm lately as I’ve been recovering from COVID.Education, economics, dealing with fear, dogs and bad restaurants. Once I start bringing up big names who latched onto MAGA, but brought little to no benefit, that’s when things get hot.

Even when I was on QV, there was hostility from people for daring to speak my mind on certain characters.Mentioning Roy Moore’s flaws as a candidate sent one batty old woman flying at me as if I blasphemed in church.Writing as Cernovich by using “th” in place of “s” sounds made another person or two upset that I was mocking his speech impediment, despite the fact that he’s scum and deserves it.

On here, Gab is seen by some as the silver bullet that will take down the censorious Silicon Valley oligarchy. From what I’ve observed, pundits and personalities who engage in blackpilling and divisive rhetoric tend to have the most angry and cultish fans. People who can only see the bad in the world need a voice who shares their unshakeable worldview. If you mock that pundit and his views, by extension you mock them.

This is why it’s so unhealthy. The other day, I saw one member criticize a well known pundit for pushing fear to get views and ad revenue and admitted to having been a follower of said pundit. This made someone else react in a rather unpleasant manner, because this other individual spent many years holding a negative world view and saw that this pundit was doing an act of good for the public by spreading fear and misery (but having no actual solutions).

Actually, I’ll mention a few things.@ADudeFromNowhere is one of the most solid people when it comes to keeping us updated on the grifters and saboteurs trying to destroy MAGA. I'm not on many, but none are worse than QV. You mentioned the rebuke flung your way by a member there. 4 years ago, if you read Wictor on the Twit you would have seen him vociferously defend Roy Moore. SMB went mad with power and turned on everybody that he could.As for Wic, he went out of his way to research and help defend Moore when the accusations started to hit during the campaign. Wic was getting very influential on Twitter at that point and was willing to defend Moore when others, like SMB, gave up. One of them was at an event a few years ago at Bootlegger Bistro, a popular restaurant for conservatives as it’s owned by a former Lt. Governor.This woman was snippy, rude and proudly promoted awful candidates for office. Too many people like her are highly active in Clark County politics, which is what turns off young voters from the party.

They support Heller, Cegavske and that ilk regardless. Younger activist conservatives are squeezed out, although they try to make inroads. Most large chain restaurants and casinos here expect a mask to be worn. Mom and pop type places don’t care as much and even employees show their faces. Supermarkets that I go to aren’t paying attention to it anymore.
