       This pork loin is going in the oven @ 70 degrees (C) for a few hours or until the inner temperature is 63.Then cut slices and finish on the grill. #cooking #yum

       @syscrash it's excellent for bread too. Really good for anything you don't have to stir with metal whisks/spoons.
