@hastur No you need dairy for them strong bones 💪 Yogurt is one of the best things you can consume period.If your worried about environment impact, buy only from your local farmers market and not the big box stores 😉

@coolbsd Well, I hate to say it but, if I drink two glasses of milk a day my bones aint growing any stronger from that. Maybe kids who are growing benefit from the calcium in dairy, but certainly not someone like me.I was merely posting a little tip though...

@hastur @coolbsd there's a reason the Dairy industry doesn't say "milk, it does the body good." It's been proven false. 🤷♂️ pasteurized milk leaches calcium from the body to neutralize its pH. If you want a good calcium source, try spinach.

@hastur @syscrash I was talking about yogurt and cheese. If you can get your hands on raw and unpasteurized that's even better. Or goat, sheep dairy is really good for you too. I eat HQ greek yogurt for my stomach health and it works. 🤷♂️ And life without cheese isn't life at all..
