       Anyone. Anyone that choses to live anywhere in the area of LA is out of their fricking minds. Major news stations don't even cover the crime anymore. Follow any of the scanner sites for a few hours, especially at night, and you know they're living in a 3rd world country. Insanity.Downtown LA Scanner@DowntownLAScan186th/Vermont - Possible shooting just occurred. Suspect armed with AR-15 fired shots towards a candlelight vigil. At least 12 shots heard.        @The_ThrockMortonator I don't know. The press literally doesn't report on most of these crimes so getting background on many just isn't available. Any of the big stuff is usually reported in the local papers or the LATimes which I haven't had a chance to go through today.
