@Zennblack Need to remove the judicial protection to not tank a company dispute the harm caused. The outcome should be victims get preferred stock with mandated payments before payroll or dividends. And interest that whole time. You could make it convertible to be bought into stock. That would terrify these companies to never do this sort of thing again. It hurts in all the right places and is justice sound.
