Here’s a very basic one. Yorkshire puddings are pancakes but cooked so hot that they rise into fluffy goodness. You get all your veg in there, delicious gravy, lots of carbs, if you don’t eat meat there’s plenty more potatoes. Everybody wins with a Sunday dinner.
