I am trying to make this IBM ThinkPad T60 as good as it can be.2G --> 4G Ram (3 usable)T2400 --> T7400 CPUNew batterySSHDOne thing I'm trying to figure out is the very bad performance from the Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Wifi Card. I keep getting 'Queue stuck for xxxxms' and 'On demand firmware reload' in dmesg. I have tried a few different module parameters such as 11n_disable, no change.I ordered a AR5BXB72 dual band wifi card. Hopefully it works better.

@adamd I had the same kind of run with a thinkpad x200t and the main thing that made me sad was the low resolution screen. After that there's the CPU (Maxed it with a new motherboard, cpu is soldered to it) that is not enough for most modern "webapp"... Since I like to play on roll20.net, it's not fun...But... BUT.. it became an excellent "orbiter", is run nothing; just a terminal. And it's form factor, the keyboard and the battery life are making it worth it.

@df5t0rw The screen is an issue. Rumor is you can get a higher resolution one to install in its place. Perhaps some day. I am OK with the CPU. Seems to do most things just fine. I do a lot of CLI stuff for work and play so it will always be very good for that (terminal).

@logout This project is awesome. I feel a bit torn though. Part of the appeal of the T60 is dealing with its limitations. I'll keep watching that project though. I am responding to you using the T60 now.
