@DonnaLea Donna, I just steam it with salt. Sauté 5 garlic cloves in olive oil. Put it in stir it up for a min. That’s it. I think it’s an acquired taste. I made 4 heads and I could eat it all, if the Family wasn’t here. 😂

@Jaime @Davel495 @DonnaLeaOne of the many types of rape (mustard greens) which are myriad in number.The younger leaves have a milder taste if that's your preference.Great for stir frying in some olive or avocado oil along with some bacon bits.
