       Why on earth do people think it's fun, or funny, to pretend to sic their dog on people afraid of it or just startled by it? (Nothing happened, I don't think it's illegal unless the dog had actually bitten me, but it's a sick joke and it had me shaking for a while)

       @irina It's because they're morons who shouldn't be allowed to own a dog, because that kind of shit can really mess up the dog's psyche as well.

       The dog is tiny, but I didn't expect it (suddenly emerged from an alley I was passing), it growled at me, and its human (who I know to be a jerk) encouraged it.
