       From the On My Sisters' Minds Department:Six of my sisters have taken the MyHeritage DNA test, all with more or less consistent results. The surprise to all was the 3-6% Ashkenazi Jew part. From my mother's side as she took the test before she passed away and it came back 10%.Can't say that I'm Jewish, as neither of my parents were and I've never converted to Judaism.But I do like knowing that if I hear an antisemitic comment I can truthfully say, "I'm of Jewish descent."Right?

       @StevenDouglas I'm doing that with my two girls now. Got my oldest's back and she's a full half Ashkenazi Jew from her strawberry blond father. From me, she gets a good helping of Swedish, Danish and Norwegian.I love the combo: two Ashkenazi Vikings! Get outta their way, lol.
