Into my 3rd day after positive Omicron test. Trurs after work, chills and aches. Took the Zelanko protocol for active infection at 7pm. All symptoms gone by midnight. I was taking daily preventative protocol everyday. Have ivermectin on hand but didn't need or use it. 1200 mg quercetin, 50 mg elemental zinc, 2000mg vit c, 10,000iu vit d Consider this if you get sick. Stuffy nose popped up today. XClear nasal spray took care of that.

@Schardt45 @MegasAlexandros I've read that Ivermectin small dose (3 mg )daily really helps. I know there are a couple of studies ongoing.

@wziminer 1st night I took the whole dosage with some food. 2nd day a spit dosage up morning and night. Today, same. Going back to preventative dosage tomorrow since all symptoms gone. Some can get stomach upset with that much zinc all at once. I didn't.
