@Duine Until I get sick again, and especially given the wackadoo numbers of people who HAVE in the recent past, I'm going with one fork of a theory that COVID, if you survived it, was so bizarre and strong that run of the mill coronaviruses, say the cold, don't get me sick anymore.I was dreadfully sick in Fall/Winter of 2019 that was bad enough I went to Emergency, which is uncharacteristic and haven't been sick since.So until I do get sick again I'm wondering if they immunized me with C19

@argo Well, the common cold is a catch-all term for a mix of viruses that all have similar symptoms, and can include rhinoviruses and coronaviruses. Gaining natural immunity from one genus of closely related viruses gives natural immunity to all similar viruses in that genus. My elderly parents both got pretty sick from a cold around that time. They ended up having all the classic symptoms of original flavor rona, and my dad had a lingering cough for 2 months after. But they were fine. They probably caught the rona, survived it just fine, and now have natural immunity to it.I was living with them at the time but strangely never got sick. In fact, I haven't had a cold or flu or any other illness since about 2016 and that was because some guy at uni sneezed right at me like a fucking animal. Somehow even though I'm in good health and my immune system is just fine, I'm expected to get a myocarditis shot. Nah bro, nah.

@argo @obihahn I am also making my way through them in order. Finishing season 4 now. What I missed in the 90s is how many inside jokes and subtle references there are to previous episodes. Also, many of the predicaments that they got into could have been easily avoided if everyone had had cell phones back then.

Sadly I stupidly chose to have a minor surgery without knowing that anesthesia also comes with mRNA now. I have been fucked since then. 9 months with poor circulation problems, pains, jumpy heart, problem refocusing my eyes, and everything else the vaccinated have been complaining about. Fuck! I have been taking care of me and my family with everything we eat for over a decade and look how I fucked up. Praying that I can find something to clean and rebuild my body soon, before it get even deeper in me.
