I was always a sucker for kids' lemonade stands in the States. Here I'm a sucker for my son's little seven year-old girlfriend's table two houses down where she's selling fresh limes for VND5k/kg (20ยข lb.).Now what am I going to DO with them?

@StevenDouglas You like lemonade, try some limeade. Cherry limeade, or some other sweet fruit added would work.

@BCPaladin Love limeade. I made a strange cocktail by the seat of my pants that turned out really good!2 lg. eggs, 1 T sugar, spinach, kale, pineapple, four limes, one red dragon fruit and some salt. It was fantastic. I'm thinking about making some lime jelly tomorrow. Possibly lime and mint (chutney?). Definitely going to do a lime cheesecake.

@StevenDouglas You could always use them to make your own fresh squeezed lime juice, then use it to cook up a big plate of Thai Larb. ๐Ÿ˜‹ https://www.lemonblossoms.com/blog/thai-chicken-larb-salad/
