I don't really watch TV, cause I hate trash TV. Instead I watch trash YouTube "TV" (I've improved y'all) and I just found out that Trisha Paytas (I don't watch her, just someone who responds to her ridiculous vids and I love it) is the same age as me, and I am gobsmacked. Like I know I look younger than I am, but it's honestly shocking to see a plastic fantastic face like Trisha and knowing she's my age, but her looking so freaking old, cause of all the plastic surgery. It's just different than seeing someone who's in their 50s/60s or even just 40s looking old cause of cosmetic surgery ya know.

Have you noticed that women who have had a lot of plastic surgery start having weird-shaped heads? It is such a relief to see older British actresses because they usually leave well enough alone (Julie Christie for example) and look wonderful, whereas Americans end up looking like freaks (Faye Dunaway for example, a once-beautiful woman).

The most heartbreaking one I found was Lainie Kazan. Could not watch My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 because of her. I was crying the whole time. Diane Keaton doesn't give a fuck, Betty White did the eyes only I think or very minimal work. Candace Bergen seems to go natural. Basically old(er) women with wrinkles I pretty much worship. They are the most beautiful to me and everything I aspire to be one day. Well, when it's time anyways.

I wonder if part of that is because we associate plastic surgery with older people trying to look younger? I hate that cosmetic surgeons do botox for women in their 20s, marketing it as "preventative" God forbid you have any fine lines at all when your face moves.

Well do I have news for you. Botox is normal amongst rich teenagers and even not so rich teenage kids. That one Jenner daughter got her entire face reconstructed at age 15/16 so she would look good on instagram. Botox is normal amongst child beauty pageant contestants.

God forbid that you have any facial expression. I don't know if it's still a thing in Japan but women were taught not to have any expression as it would create lines.

That's awful. I forgot about Kylie Jenner. I think she sort of kicked off the lip filler trend too? Sad thing is she had a really unique look before all the surgeries, pretty but in an interesting way different to her sisters. I really wish she would have been allowed to grow up naturally because she would have been stunning without all the "improvements". Probably no chance of that happening considering the environment she grew up in though.

Michelle McDaniel/My thoughts will probably offend you. She does the Slaton sister comments as well. Love those. And Trisha seems fun, just too much for me to watch like as is. Michelle breaks it all down very well. Which she would do every single episode of my 600lb life. Her comments on DR Now would be awesome.

I always remember Priscilla Presley saying that Elvis smacked her forehead every time she made a facial expression that scrunched it up to train her not to do it and avoid wrinkles.

>she had a really unique look before all the surgeries< I beg to differ, she looked like an average girl imho. And that was fine. She was plain and normal looking and they messed it all up, for money and fame. It's disgusting. I don't even wanna know what she's gonna look like in 20 years from now, and when it's finally revealed what all those chemicals do to you longterm as we are now finding out about those breast implants for instance. It's gonna be a dire mess.

I guess it's a subjective thing, and she was a teenager when she started all of that and teenagers tend to look a bit awkward. That's what I find sad about it cos I remember thinking I was ugly as a teenager but then I guess I grew into my face in my late teens/early 20s and ended up really liking the way I looked. She never got the chance to "grow into her face" so to speak.

Like I said IMHO. I thought she looked normal/average. Funny you should say that about growing into your face. I grew into my face at age 9. I still have the exact same face, except older, grown up. Different for everyone. Like my brother was like 19/20 when he grew into his face and it took at least another 15 years to get rid of the innocent look, which he resented heavily btw. Jenner in hindsight definitely was a girl who still had to grow into her face. Poor thing.

I had baby fat around the wrist for a very long time which I thought was a bit odd, like I wasn't fat, but had baby fat right there and then poof gone. Finally the hands and wrists of an adult.

Some people have extreme sweaty hands. Botox can help, but your hands will look a certain way. Of course people like Madonna found out about it.

This is filler though, so not for wrinkles but to fill out your hands so they don't look boney. I think filler is even worse than botox, it gives women that pillow faced look because apparently a lot of cosmetic surgeons in Hollywood don't know when to stop.At least it's all temporary stuff, I guess.

They start with botox and quickly jump to fillers. Fillers may be temporary, but they can do a fuckton of damage. I wouldn't risk it myself. Then again, I'm not in the spotlights and am fine!!!! with the way I look. I also have watched a lot of botched surgery programs, that may very well have a lot to do with it.

Right before bed time lol. I remember seeing my first botched surgery type documentary. I was like 11/12. I was so shocked and stunned. And this plastic surgeon going on about how difficult it was to fix all those mistakes and some clients being mad at him for not being able to fix it. And all he said was “don’t do it. Don’t get cosmetic surgery. It’s not worth it.” Okidoki.

I’ve heard several plastic surgeons say that. They’re the same that say they don’t mind taking rich peoples money, so they can go to the third world and do actual needed plastic surgery, instead of the cosmetic stuff, for free. Like they hate the cosmetic stuff, but it helps pay for them to do the real stuff.

To add to that. I can also imagine if your a plastic surgeon and your job consists primarily out of fixing others plastic surgeons (if they were really surgeons really) mistakes as best as you can and it still looks like crap, you pretty much start hating the work and don’t want more patients. Read once where a woman said her husband was a plastic surgeon who was basically forced to work 6 days a week cause he had to take the poison out of peoples asses as best he could, and if he didn’t do that, these people would simply die. Fuck butt injections.

What a nightmare. I have heard that a lot of surgeons will refuse to fix other surgeons mistakes. Can't say I blame them really, as they could end up making the situation even worse. But where does that leave the patient if they can't find a surgeon to correct the mistake? Exulansic has spoken about that issue in regards to trans surgeries. Like you're basically on your own if they botch it and you don't want to go back to the same surgeon that ruined your life in the first place.

With SRS I think the problem is they don’t even know how to do SRS at all. The butchers who go at, are winging it and seeing what sticks. They all have different methods. So how are the actual surgeons supposed to fix that hot mess? I can see how they’re like “ya on your own. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out” and that’s aside from liability. As for other cosmetic stuff. I can understand why they wouldn’t. Like you said, they could be blamed for making it worse. It could be a matter of principle. Dr now from my 600lbs life has said it is really difficult to find other doctors to come work for him or do what he does in other parts of the USA because these bariatric surgeons believe ( and probably rightly so) that if you are willing to become that big, you don’t deserve help aside from the danger of operating on someone so big. Like to become that big, is a sign you just don’t care, so why should they trust you to care now? The bigger you are the more likely it is you are going to fail. If you, after all the warnings throughout the years, still decide to fly to Eastern Europe/Turkey/go to someone woman or man that operates on some doggy apartment on the wrong side of the tracks and gets a botched surgery, how frustrating is that for the doctor that needs to fix that? After how many of these patients is enough enough? When they could be operating on people, mind you, who want to do it under safe conditions or need plastic surgery to improve their lives, a burn victim for instance or someone who was attacked and maimed as a result. I know who I’d rather operate on.

Did you see that clip where Jazz Jennings surgeons were arguing whether to cut something or not in the middle of surgery? They really are just making it up as they go along. I'm really at the point now where I think these trans surgeons are just straight up sadistic. They certainly don't seem concerned about outcomes. Honestly, I don't know what goes on in the minds of people who get back alley surgery or don't do any research beforehand. It's like they think surgery is this simple thing that anyone with a scalpel can do? Maybe watching Botched before surgery should be a requirement.

That was definitely the clip I had in mind when I wrote these butchers are simply winging it. It’s vile and grotesque and I don’t understand how people can watch that and still think it’s fine. Not see how messed up it all is. And they want to do this to 13 year olds and them not needing their parents consent. Anyone who says to me they will call these people by their preferred pronoun because bla blah blah, bu don’t believe in it can shove it. If you even give these people an inch you are pro butchering kids. And it makes me sad hell isn’t an actual thing.
