@Gina Make sure to treat yourself to some Tod Mun Pla (Thai Fish Cake) and Khanom Buang (Thai Crepes) at on point at a street stall 😋 I miss the delicious street food from SE Asia at least once a week!

@Gina it's interesting that us privileged white people seem to feel compelled to acknowledge our privilege, as if we should be kind of embarrassed or something. No shade. I feel the same... in order to be the right kind of white person we have to call ourselves out. ha

@obsolete29 I mean, it isn't entirely fair that my passport allows me entry into any country, while others have to bother with visas. Or that my currency is worth tenfold in another country. Or that my skin color allows me protection and entry into places that locals are barred from. It's bizarrely unfair actually and I try to be aware of it.

@Gina The weather looks so hot it's exhausting. I'm so glad we got extreme cold temperatures here right now. With windchill it dropped below -38°C during the night! Open your window just a crack before going to bed, aaaah... You're sure not to feel hot under the sheets! @Gina Truth is... we Canadians have a love-hate relationship with winter. Many retired people spend the winter in Florida, they're called snowbirds, as they migrate like birds!I make fun of winter because I try to stay positive and make the best of it. But I never sleep with my window open, my feet and hands are always cold... And because of extreme dryness indoors, my hands' skin is like sand paper...I'm trying to equip myself properly for cycling in the cold so I'll enjoy winter more. 😀
