@Debradelai Just getting over it as is literally everyone in my office. It was like clockwork. Every four days another of us bit the dust. A few of us had some pretty severe body aches after day 5, but none of us had breathing problems. My scariest symptom was a really fast heart rate for the first two days. Even if I just rolled over it won’t above 145-150 bpm. Also, my legs were rubbery and hands shaky for about 10’days. Today I’m almost back to normal. Five of us fully vacc three not.

@Debradelai Ugh...so sorry. We had 5 go down with it a couple weeks ago, and there were different symptoms between them. Fatigue was the common one. The Mucinex does help with the cough. All took D3, zinc, quercetin, etc., and all but 1 were clear in less than a week. One had a sinus infection with a 10 day antibiotic course, so took longer. I hope you have the short version!

@Debradelai Well, we've taken some for years, not just with this stuff. Mostly dealing with seasonal allergies & they have greatly reduced the sinus infections, bronchitis, etc. The one with the sinus issues now maybe will get one every 5 years instead of each year. Most days it's popping Airborne only. With folks being more secluded, all kinds of stuff is going around now as immune systems are low.

@Debradelai @Meeka The only supplement you need is tonic water with big fat lemons or limes. Gin optional. It worked for the Brits in India after all. Can’t swear it helped me kick the bug, but it certainly makes you feel better.

@inverness01 @Stacie @AZBeto @Donjanusgjrdrm I tested positive in mid October... was curious about that also, asked Dr at hospital who asked me dozens of questions requiring specific information, they drew viles of blood, exrays showed pneumonia, monitored my heart, lungs, blood pressure and oxygen level, swabs up my nose, down my throat, was given fluid, potassium, antibodies etc was offered a private room (declined), went home after more than 8 hrs, w/oxygen monitor.felt better 4 days later.

I started catching a cold years ago right before a scheduled surgery and the pharmacist had me use Cold-Ez…nipped it right in the bud. Zinc makes it difficult for virus to attach to mucus or something like that. I’m a believer in supplements. My bank is broke from all the shit I give my horses…😂…
