1)OVER 150 KILLED IN TEXAS COUNTY BY SUSPECTS RELEASED ON DEMOCRAT JUDGES BAIL REFORM POLICIESJudges “making decisions that sound better to movements as opposed to citizens"In Harris County, Texas, a group of Democratic judges have advanced bail reform with no regard to the safety of the community and are “making decisions that sound better to movements as opposed to citizens” says Houston attorney Charles Adams

2).As a result, suspects who have been released due to this policy have killed 155 people in the county. Data was gathered by Crimes Stoppers of Houston. KRIV-TV reporter Greg Googan publicized the troubling data.Googan shared that “in Harris County, no fewer than 113 defendants charged with capital murder have been inexplicably granted bond and released back onto our streets pending trial.” Specifically, “we are talking about capital murder – the most egregious offense in the criminal code –

3) a conviction for which carries either life imprisonment or the death penalty” added Googan.“In all, more than 50,000 accused felons have benefited from the catch-and-release philosophy of criminal justice perpetrated by the current crop of Democratic reform judges” he added.Houston attorney Charles Adams says the judges new bond policies are an overreaction to past policies that at times resulted in nonviolent offenders sitting in jail as they waited for their trial dates.

4)But they have gone too far, and are “making decisions that sound better to movements as opposed to citizens” said Adams. But the detrimental consequences of policies imposed by Democrat judges are not just happening in Harris County. The revelation from Harris County comes as progressive jurisdictions around the country enact low cash bail or zero-bail measures in an effort to provide justice for the accused. The policies have, in turn, endangered communities.

5)Just last month in Waukesha, Wisconsin, an accused criminal released on bond reportedly went on to drive his vehicle into a crowd of people gathered for a Christmas parade, killing five and injuring at least 40 more. The district attorney later acknowledged that the suspect, Darrell Brooks Jr., had been released on “inappropriately low” bail.

6)The problem has been particularly pronounced in Harris County, especially since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, when judges began approving extremely low bonds to reduce the prison population. But even as the pandemic waned, the practice continued, alongside soaring crime.https://joepags.com/news/over-150-killed-in-texas-county-by-suspects-released-on-democrat-judges-bail-reform-policies/

@Dawnz I'm having difficulty trying to figure out who these Stupid Stupid Judges and Prosecutors are imagining they are benefiting. Policies such as these have historically led to Vigilantes. Vigilantism has led to grave injustice to minorities. This is the future these Stupid people are setting up. They are going to get innocent people killed.

@Dawnz The last state that I would have expected this nonsense to be happening in is TX. It's become a 'normal' occurrence in CA and Dims are scratching their heads trying to figure out why there's so much crime happening. No ability to recognize the repercussions of their actions 😜

@MaureenQueen @RonOgletree @Dawnz Thanks. I'll look into her. I warned Abbott years ago that he better watch his invitations to liberal CA companies to move their operations to TX. I knew moving tech companies with their liberal loon employees were going to have a negative affect on major cities they would be relocating to. He didn't listen.

@Dawnz @MaureenQueen @RonOgletree San Antonio is off my list because of humidity. It kills me. I would like to find a smaller sized town, 40-45,000 pop filled with Republicans and a couple of gun shops 😉

@Elaines2cents @Dawnz @RonOgletree Houston needs to be off your list as the humidity is worse than anywhere in the state. But it’s home for my husband 🤷🏻♀️ and now I am a full-time volunteer for the Republican Party here. I’m loving it now!

@Elaines2cents @Dawnz @MaureenQueen Dang! I thought San Antonio was a dry climate compared to anything east of it.Somewhere out in the "Bad Lands" like Pecos maybe. The areas east of El Paso and west of San Antonia to me are ideal.

@Dawnz @MaureenQueen @RonOgletree Not much can be done when it affects your income stream unless you're willing to find other employment. What's surprising for me is that I grew up in Japan, then moved to Hawaii before landing in CA. I handled the humid weather fine when I was younger. Now I literally get physically ill so short spurts are ok but seasonal periods I stay away from.My dream of living on a southern plantation with moss dripping from the trees will never be realized 😂
