Well just checking in to tell you my leg started hurting a few days ago and then I couldn’t walk it hurt so bad my ent sister stopped by and took one look at me and called a dot I also have pneumonia and bilateral lung clot

My mom had that and was kept for a month, it was in her though pretty high up. It's actually a miracle drug for her.OG, hope for you it's just coumadin or Warfarin. Less intense, I think. As long as you are home, that's what counts. We are all praying for you!

@wziminer hey sweetie I’m much better my foot does not feel like knives stabbing it when I walk and I’m sating at 95 so they are infusing me with more levaquine then god willing I will go home on xarelto oral levaquine and symacort 2x a day with follow up with gp. So that’s the news feeling pretty positive! Thanks for the love and prayers!

@wziminer Hey sweets. Home and taking it slowly. My only complaint about xarelto is that I have muscle cramps in my foot and up and down my leg. Been applying heat to try and ease it but you know I can't take any pain meds which suck. LOL so taking it slowly. Thanks so much for your prayers and caring. I've missed you very very much.

It's all better today, though. About your leg.. are you getting enough electrolytes in your diet? That may help. Is that the Xarelto? Is that a side effect? It came out after I retired, so I haven't looked into it.

@wziminer Hey sweetie, thanks so much for reaching out! YOU know I love you so much. We GET each other. I was low on potassium in the hospital so they gave me that drink YUCK. Been having half a banana daily and taking magnesium with potassium, but I could get some gatorade or pedialyte of something. Yes, it's a side effect. Also note long term it can cause gout so hope to be OFF it within 3 months. Going to drink a bit of tart cherry juice which helps with gout. Hope YOU and hubs are well!

@oystergirl @wziminer @MMA Costco has a good electrolyte powder you can put in a water bottle. Since we are going to experience even worse supply chain issues, maybe it wrote be a good idea to stock up?I have it on hand for my son, in case he starts to have a break through seizure. It stops one before it goes into full bloom.
