@Gina I think the EFF one is more important. It's nice to see EFF finally noticed decentralization is a thing, took them long enough. A person who understands this space as well as you do would be extremely valuable both to EFF, and (more importantly) to the decentralized communities.Or apply for both and see what happens?Fingers crossed, whichever one you go for!

@Gina Both are good options.I interviewed a couple years back at EFF... we just couldn't come to an agreement on where I would fit...They seemed a great outfit.

@Gina hey Gina. I would go for the EFF position. I have an old friend working there and I believe he has enjoyed, been challenged and achieved. We met working on Linux projects like bootable media back in the early 2000s. He seems to have really come into his own at EFF. Seems like a good place to work.

@Gina I found the Tails one funny. "We will pay for medical coverage. How much you earn depend on the price of medical coverage. Oh, and also it depends on how much you work. And your Tax Situation (TM).Maybe they pay to compensate for taxes? That one is a bit confusing.
