Sharing some good news before the year is over. Diagnosed with a blood clot in Sept. (Not vaxxd) borderline high blood pressure. Started vitamins (d, c, fish oil, magnesium, quercetin and zinc, and gym 3 days wk, walk dog every day. Started out 212 lbs @6'2" yes I'm an Amazonian freak lady, lol! Clots gone 3 wks ago, weight down to 196lbs. Winning! I am the turtle. Slow and steady wins this race🤣 Always eaten homemade/ healthy, more so now. Less salt/butter etc. You can do it!

@LoveAlmonds Thanks Almonds! It means a lot! I know when I got diagnosed with the clots, @pamby1 💕sent out a bunch of prayers. I think they helped, my doc was astounded they went away soo quick!

@Jennipoo Wonderful news Jenny~ You can replace table salt with sea salt so you don't have sodium issues and butter is your thyroid's best friend. If you want to cut anything back, reapportion your complex carbs. Keep going girl!!!
