On the birdsite I have yet to see in my TL "pro-science" people advising others to get all the #sunlight and #vitamind3 they can safely get. I include relevant URLs like this for readers to review. One can still be vaccinated and deficient in Vitamin D3. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8052476/

@vilbi Sunlight When your skin is exposed to sunlight, it manufactures vitamin D. The sun's ultraviolet B (UVB) rays interact with a protein called 7-DHC in the skin, converting it into vitamin D3, the active form of vitamin D. If the sun is a for-profit sponsor of Vitamin D3 intake the authors neglected to note that.

@cosullivan I use the natural method in Summer and Authem. And have to boothst a bit in Winter as I have a reduced vitamin D storage. But with my doctor alignment.what I mean is the often overdosis people trusting the Hype, more is better...

@cosullivan I lost my 5000 U source (with k2), there’s only 1000 available now.I take it every 2 or 3 days, started before the madness. I feel like it helps, nothing scientific about my experience though.Hi 👋

@waglo Bonsoir! You can order Vitamin D3 from the United States. I intend to get three bottles either by driving to Point Roberts or asking my in-laws. I took Vitamin D3 regularly after a painful 5-week respiratory ailment, pneumonia or bronchitis, 12 years ago. When my friends caught flu I took 35000 IU and felt rotten for a few hours, then I slept and the next morning returned to normal health.

@cosullivan Thanks for the tip. I was ordering from US (amazon) I'll have to find somewhere else. At least I'm feeling fine and still have some left :-)

I know of two other reputable US online sources for vitamins: Puritan's Pride or Vitamin Shoppe.
