@Dogfart A hot shower and a walk around the neighborhood.I found that taking anything was worthless to stop the headache. But once I began moving around, it felt much better. I did not have body aches.

@Dogfart Not the best time of year, but I would go sit outside in the sun and read. Every time I went outside, my head cleared up after a short time. Unfortunately, it would come back after awhile once I went back inside.

@Dogfart Excederine or generic equivalent at half adult dose. Ibuprofen an half adult dose. Basically its a coctail of Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, Aspirin, and Caffeine all at half doses. I'm guessing that no one in the medical community would ever recommend this, but I've found that the four at half dose have a synergistic effect. I'm not a doctor, but I do this any time I have any type of pain, muscle aches, and when I had covid.

@Dogfart for me it was ibuprofen, acetaminophen, and CBD.It wasn't perfect, but it helped me sleep it all off.I also used a netipot with a few drops of antibiotic eardrops added in. My sinuses got all effed up after the Rona cleared.

@Dogfart Aspirin or Ibuprofen (with food): Acetaminophen also reduces fever (which is not good because fever helps kill the virus), in not antiinflammatory, and inhibits Glutathione, which is also good for fighting the virus. So: Aspirin or Ibuprofen NOT Acetaminophen. Also I would take 4000 IU vit. D3 (with a little fat food), > 1 g vit. C, 500 mg zinc, NAC 600 mg/day.I AM NOT A DOCTOR, verify this info, but this is how I took care of my parents, under independent indirect medical advice.

@Dogfart I used turmeric in larger than normal quantities for it's anti-inflammatory properties, and chicken soup. I try to avoid NSAIDs when I can, but at one point was taking some ibuprofen also. Other than that I made sure to get quercetin (anti-oxidant) and zinc as (well as other vitamins and minerals) which doesn't help with the discomfort necessarily, but can shorten the length of your illness.
