       @urusan Gravity wells suck (literally). Luna's close enough to phone call the groundhogs, but you can launch cheap from the surface.

       @awesomesheep48 @urusanAnd if we're being pedantic anyway, solar orbit is technically a superset of the other choices, so it's the most likely by default.

       @Parienve @awesomesheep48 Good points.Though I was thinking about where the capital/capitol would be located more than that an entire region would be converted (Warhammer 40k style) into a giant government complex.I was also thinking of Solar Orbit as being solely in the Sun's Sphere of Influence, rather than a planetary/moon sphere of influence. I was assuming it would also be very close to the Sun, but I suppose that's not strictly necessary.
