       @tuttle From what I've seen and read there are parts of the fediverse where that is the norm, there are instances where you can find extreme right, racism, homophobia, etc ... . The good thing is that in fedi you can mostly control your bubble unlike the centralized services. This is one of the really few times I've encountered this. It's like not going or walling bad neighbourhoods in a city. You can't make them disappear but at least you don't have to suffer them.

       @tuttle @ghostdancer there was lots when shitposter arrived at quitter.. Anyway hope you are ok! I think there are some people who thrive on the nastiness and conflict.. however.. I think they are too busy being keyboard warrior than doing anything actual
