       Just spoke to my neighbor who is a home builder. His material supplier told him to expect large increase in prices this year. He will be building on a time and material basis only. Here we go gain.

       @BelmarMike Wife is in commercial re development. Has been told by material suppliers to expect prices to increase 20%-40% every couple months in 2022.
