@amolith Just help yourself by using strict copyleft? Companies won't learn, just look at covid19 or climate change, they still push lots of things only good for themselves in the short-term but very bad in the long-term, despite they should know better.

@bionade24 As the article itself says, companies ignore copyleft; it's just not effective.Additionally, using a copyleft license doesn't mean that companies using your software will financially support your work and that's one of the big points the author is making.
