       MORNING WORKOUT: STRENGTH DAY 2Pistol squats - 5 minutes2 hands anyhow - 10 min w/50lb+25lbBridges - 5 minDead clean to push press - 10 min w/2×35lb (5 reps/min)Feet elevated fist pushups - 5 min (5×8)Angles are a bit of a spook when it comes to pushing exercises. Some guys do perfectly well doing nothing but pushups, while other guys can't live without doing pushups, dips, shoulder press and side press. All 4 directions.It ought to depend on what you want. I like vertical presses because I want a good upper back, pushups are fun, and I do side press motions like the Windmill because I want HUGE, GINORMOUS OBLIQUES. But I don't see much of a need for downward pressing, so these three angles will suffice.But if you just like doing bench press, don't let someone tell you that you have to get neurotic about other angles. You aren't going to die by virtue of missing a vertical press or something, and your physique won't really suffer either. Have fun fren
