Just occurs to me that re-broadcasting this post might interest a few people who didn't catch it last month: wherein I create and spend a taproot output on signet using OP_CHECKSIGADD (code used is in the second post, but then I explain some detail in-thread):https://x0f.org/web/statuses/107322448218791237#bitcoin

@orionwl @waxwing The other one is local to your instance. Bit of a UX issue I guess.

@waxwing @raucao @orionwl #ActivityPub software like #Mastodon has a way to go to figure out the opening links flows. Like when you click post links, they often open in a new tab on a different instance and then you have to go copy paste the URL into your own Mastodon. Also when opening from a third party program. Quite annoying. Like there is the `ssh+git://` scheme, maybe there should be something like `https+mastodon://` or something. Or `https+ap_eventtype://` ..

@stevenrooseThis is already possible with HTML5 in the browser. Diaspora for example does it already. The format has to be "web+protocol://": https://github.com/diaspora/diaspora/pull/7826@waxwing @raucao @orionwl
