@Heckie we had this a while ago... - they are NOT a depiction of his family, they are "based on" his family - thats the same with the loud house where cris savino based the stories on his childhood and gravity falls where mabel and dipper are based on himself and his own sister - this has nothing todo with real children or any reality - please understand that this is completely within the understanding of free art - if you wanna see real cringe search for "shädman keemstar's daughter! - thanks!

@Heckie ye, so i think if you are the one who bought this up a while ago, let me asure you, you hit yokappa deep into the heart, he almost wanted to quit art - all i can say is if you feel uncomfy, do what jaiden does: just ignore it and move on - otherwise this will get too extreme and will hurt you and some of the artists... - we dont want that, we should be friends here, regardless of what we draw... - also welcome to the world of rule34

@Heckie well, thats your opinion and you can have it - you can dispute and argue - im fine with it, i stand by my point, so will you i guess, but please do me one favor!do not try to make artists quit for this - even if they cross a cringe line, as long as they dont do any "real" damage to kids, its their problem (same goes for shädman) - if we can agree on that i am fine... - i hope you too...

@Heckie dude, copying was once a display of deep respect, not disrespect - the highest form of honor is a copy, dude - thats what art is - how do you thinkartists learn? - also a well done copy of the style means its a great piece of art, cuz copying an artstyle is way harder than just creating your own! - cuz people will see any flaws immediately!

@Heckie and thats the point - he "DREW" them - so they are based on his children - there is no one drawing his children or anything worse - all what is drawn are his "characters" - nothing more - not his actual children - learn to get the difference!

@Heckie there is no "actual" line in whats ok and whats not - dude, there are artists who draw children (not real children) sliced into pieces and eating them or even worse stuff - the line "i" - and only i draw is where it gets actual children involved - not "based" on children or "depicted" ones - holdens art is still art, and therefore not his actual children - he has created those characters and they are not his children - i belive even his actual children would say that... - whatever...
