       Hey @txt_file,In fact we've been very busy this year following the continual progress of #XMPP clients across the ecosystem, including Conversation, Gajim, Libervia, Movim and UWPX, and publishing this in our newsletter and recording presentations. Apart from that there were lots of work on the protocol itself, too.        @xmpp I appreciate further #XMPP development.For me (personally) matrix killed XMPP. For me XMPP is an awesome protocol for machine to machine communication but not for end users.Running #prosody on a MIPS single core with 128 MB memory is awesome. But the missing or broken image transfer and constantly broken or difficult encryption made me switch to Matrix for communication with other people.My feeling is matrix is XMPP redeveloped.
