       Waded into some of the doom, gloom, insanity & chaos news only to remember that you never watch sausage that you never intend to eat (and is sure to spoil) while it's being made.Drank a liter of ice cold water, showered to wash off all the malaise, then dusted and tidied up the house.Back to focusing exclusively on everything within my influence and control.If you find stuff you can't control affecting you, back away, wash it off. Flush it. Whatever fish you have to fry are MUCH bigger.
