I'm curious - does anyone have information on how you can (legally) cross the Canada-US border into the States while unvaccinated.To the extent of my knowledge it isn't possible, unless you're under 18 or have a medical exemption. As of January, all travelers (essential or otherwise) must be vaccinated. :/ I'm hoping someone out there knows a loophole that would let me get into the States for school and travel.

@just_julia The guys at Grimerica have talked about crossing in and out. Said US side is relaxed and that they just showed a test to get back in. In fact, one of them had Covid and they let him back in on grounds of home quarantining. I believe it was the Montana border they went through.

@just_julia they don’t ask at the border of the states. Just Canadian border asks. You can leave by car but can’t come back.

@just_julia If you qualify as indigenous you are technically legally exempt from the border crossing laws. Many tribes operate on both sides of the border and there is legal president recently set that says they can cross when they want and can't be stopped. Only to check ID. Good luck talking the brainwashed covid cops in Canada coming back across the border but they will let you in is my bet. May have to quarantine.

@just_julia I think it's a lot of threats in the end. When the US put in regs that you needed a passport to travel to Mexico and Canada I had a friend go down to Mexico a while after. I asked him if he got a passport and he said, No. I asked how he got back in the US and he said I showed them my drivers license and said let me the fuck in my country. They bitched a little but didn't pretend they were going to make him stay in Mexico. A lot of this is empty threats to get people to comply.
