       My dear friend’s husband is in a memory care facility here in Colorado. She was told today she’s not allowed in to see her husband unless she gets vaccinated. I’m pissed.

       I haven’t figured out how yet but I want to help her fight. She is fragile herself after this gut-wrenching decision to transfer his care after it got too dangerous to have him home. She is with him every single day in this facility. I’m not going to quit until this is remedied for this sweet couple.

       @Missyk If it was me I’d show up and demand access until they called the cops and then take it to court. Not a realistic option here.Alternative 2 could be to get permission to act as an advocate for the family and go try to firmly negotiate with the facility. Public embarrassment is to be avoided by them and a threat of open conflict on the matter may be enough to gain some concessions with them.
