Anyone know the supplement that helps you regain your smell and taste from covid/sinus infections? I thought it was NAC but I'm not 100% sure.

@Ghoolash there may be something to using Cold Eeze. About a month and a half after the #kungflu my taste/smell was slowly starting to cone back. Started taking some CE. I think it may have helped accelerate it, but I can't definitely say for sure.

@Ghoolash Zinc can't hurt. (Any form except zinc picolinate.) For best results it should be taken with an ionophore (which helps mobilize zinc in the body) such as quinine or quercetin.

@Ghoolash Also we should all be taking Vitamin D anyway. Get a form that is 1000 IU with vitamin K.If you're ill, you should be fine taking 3-5k per day for a few weeks, but a maintenance dose is 1k/day, 5 days per week.

@TesserAches I've been taking about 10,000 IU a day with both forms of K2 (MK4 and MK7), along with magnesium and other supportive supplements. Only thing I'm missing at the moment is Zinc and Quercetin.
