       Is there a word for a person that is technically on your side of an issue but you would rather have them be on the oppossing side, because of the way they interact with other people? For example, they are overzealous or frequently rude in discussions, in a way that is counterproductive to convincing other people of the view that you share with them. Something like "toxic ally" maybe?
