@icare4america and it will only last a couple of days. it was one of the most retarded moves every. Anybody with a cursory understanding of economics knew this, and i predicted in a toot when it was being considered that it would have minimal impact, and I am not especially smart.

@icare4americadidn't he release like 50 million barrels into a market that uses 18 million/day? And someone thought this would have some sort of long term effect on something? I don't believe it for a second. Even the gov's economists can NOT be THAT stupid. I'm thinking the gov just wanted to take some profit. They probably plan on doing some shut downs to reduce demand... so prices will fall... then they can restock.
