@person @StrawberryShortcake In the UK, the National Health Service is broadly in favour of vitamin D supplements for many people, at least in the darker months:https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/vitamins-and-minerals/vitamin-d/Vitamin D deficiency is rife. At these latitudes, dark-skinned people are more likely than light-skinned people to need supplementation.
