@lightweight Absolutely.When running a support desk, I always told staff "The customer is frequently wrong, and needs to be told so (politely)".IT is a profession, and IT professionals need to act as such. Just like lawyers and accountants, we have a responsibility to correctly advise clients, even when they are wrong / don't want to hear it.
