A small slap will make these children better integrated in the society (old but good)

@stux are you saying kids should be slapped when they misbehave?

@critical I am certainly for a corrective tick yes! It worked puurfect for us as well as for my class mates. Kids these days are.. uh.. restpecless since no one dares looking at them in a corrective way

@stux i'm 100% on board with you on this! Kids don't understand the world and they are manipulative*. Kids nit being corrected grow up to be bad, selfish, as if the world revilves around them and everyone owes them. And these agencies encouraging kids to report their parents and keep secrets from them. That's just rewarding snitching on your own family. Same with those people that whip out their phone and start recording and saying "this is child abuse", "you are a bad parent", "they should take away your kids" and so on.Now, I'm not saying "go fist fight your kids", but a slap when they deserve it is benefitial for their development.*it's an evolutionary thing present in many species.

@critical :blobcathearts: These days the main question that kids ask is "What does the world owe me and what am I entitled to" but I like to ask it different: "What do I owe the world and how can I fix it"

@stux @critical I disagree on the educative relevance of slapping your kids (or violence in general). I’m not an education scientist so I’m not giving advice to governments, but I believe the whole point with punishments is to (try to) avoid violence.Violence can be present in many different forms tho, which is part of why raising a child is hard. Doubly so for the vast majority of people who’ve never heard of education sciences.

@af @critical Got it! :blobcathearts: I am neither and it's indeed soooo difficult im not even sure there's a "general good way" since all kids are so different plus also the envoirment in where they grow up makes up a big part I guessI only spoke from personal experience, I wouldn't go as far as my parents but the whole "no touching" is a bit dramatic I guess. If we over protect them in the early life there's a big chance they gonna have issues from it later on 🤔 But also the question, where's the line! If crossed the kid may have a trauma for the rest of the life so thats a big no no
