One way to get around that for documentary purposes would be to have the firm take the video, and embargo it until after the trial.(The client obviously must consent to whatever the arrangement is.)

@QuillClemens @TearGasBreakfast pharmacy school too. i graduated in 2013 and since then the tuition has gone up from 35,000 to 50,000 per year. 4 new pharmacy schools have opened up in NY as well. when i started out, there was only 3. these colleges taking advantage of unlimited student loans and kids who assume if you get a degree, you’ll get a job no matter what.

@QuillClemens @TearGasBreakfast idk about nurses but thats exactly what happened with pharmacists. when i first went in, there was a shortage and companies were giving sign on bonuses to get people to join. now theres nothing but kids trying to pay off their 300k debt by taking per diem shifts praying for the pharmacist in charge to get sick so they can cover a shift and pay their rent. i got ppl calling me all the time for shifts. unfortunately for them, drop is healthy as a horse 🤷♂️
