       @aether the whuite supremacist might catch them but he did murder two people, he was charged with murder and his self defence claim workout for him. Terrorist / active shooter shit is pretty muddy but generally speaking the "press" aka entertainment media pretending to be news gets the best free speech protections so it probably wouldn't fly.Either way they are going to do that  Spider-Man meme of pointing at one another.        @LouisFriend He killed two people. The jury have accepted the self defence justification for the killing so it is a justified homicide, it is not Murder. Murder is the unlawful killing of another human without justification or valid excuse, especially the unlawful killing of another human with malice aforethought.

       @aether Yeah you are right. my bad.But my point about them shifting the blame will probably cover them.  Charged with murder, they'll get fuzzy on what that means. They'll blur the lines over what was a factual statement and what was a statement of opinion. Illinois and Wisconsin have tough to beat SLAPP laws and needing to prove damages when there are none (yet) would be tough. Its what gets said now that he is exonerated that will mater.

       @aether abso-fucking-lutely. There is already a fight in progress about the two million bail bond. His lawyers have already put in that the bail bond goes to them no one else. Lin Wood's made a good few lawyer noises about wanting it returned to him cause he had the first crowdfunding effort. His mom was able to pull in about 150k, that My Pillow guy put in a lot. Exactly how much money Lin Wood thinks hes owed isn't known. If kyle sees a penny of it thats going to be fought over.

       @aether It will depend on any kind of agreements Kyle, or more specifically Kyles mom, might have entered into with Lin Wood. Either way Kyles lawyers who worked on the case are getting paid. Even big girl's gettin paid
