I think the Aurbery case is clear vigilantism and those guys should go to jail for some form of murder. What do you all think? Am I missing a key detail or anything? I do realize Ahmad was braking the law but die for trespassing but shouldn't have died.

@ZoomerWhisperer If you look at the video of what happened, Aubrey walked up to the guy with a shotgun and tried to wrestle it from him and that’s when he got shot.

The gun was not pointed at him at any time before that according to the video. Carrying a gun isn't threatening until you brandish.

Aurbury cannot resists a lawful arrest.Couple of things to consider, there is no evidence Auburn was a jogger. There are at least 5 different videos of Aurbury on different ppls security cameras including one creepy one with him in some guys living room shirtless. Police had been canvassing the neighborhood with his picture warning ppl he maybe armed. Once you grab someone’s gun your considered armed.

@Sideways @ZoomerWhisperer I'm not contesting that citizen's arrest is valid in Georgia. My understanding is that the defense attorney said they could prove probable cause but one of the accused claimed they weren't executing (pun not intended) a citizen's arrest.I know about the games with his footwear and feet.

The police canvassing the neighborhood with his picture, they may have been telling ppl to detain this guy.I wear tennis shoes I can’t run up to counter at McDonalds when my order is ready. Not proof he was out for jog. Would you want this guy in your living room shirtless in the middle of the night?
