       @matana @AzraeilI mean, I'm not necessarily saying it's "targetted". Not like the artist is openly saying "I'm one of you guys, here's a present" (although I have seen some loli/todd artists on pedo instances, which is....Interesting). In fact, I saw a short documentary on manga/hentai artists, and how many of them are basically forced into making loli etc... stuff because they know it'll sell, and it's the only way they can earn enough money. So I don't think it's about them being "corporate" or "non-stop shilling".That's fair enough, I think the whole "me, myself, and I" thing is a good position. Seperate the artist from the viewership. However, there still is that grey area, as with most things.

       @matana OK, fair enough. I understand what you mean now. I find the whole loli hentai to pedo pipeline thing really interesting. It's like a chicken and egg scenario. Does loli hentai lead to pedophilia, or are pedophiles creating loli hentai. Does loli hentai stop rl abuse, or does it lead to it?Very strange things to think about...But, eh...I do allot of thinking...

       @matana uh, I differ from you in my opinions on that then... Or is your understanding that loli hentai just unearths a person's pedophilic desires that they've always had (regarding any alleged "pipeline")?Regarding rl abuses, I'm not saying that in every case it leads to that, just that I'm fairly sure that there are exceptional cases (at least from what I've seen) where one can see the link. But, again, that essentially is just correlation, not causation; Anecdotal evidence (I think that's the right term), and what not.

       @matana @Aldo2 i would argue that it CAN, but the person consuming it needs to be susceptible to that in the first place and then actually capable of following through, so, it's unlikely and shouldn't be policed because of some bad actors

       @matana indeed. Social sterilization leads to people not knowing what to do when they actually end up in uncommon situations. They don't build up an "immunity" from experience. They're wide open.Which obv can have potentially disastrous effects.
