       @DrewInExile nuts do. I'm going zero carb for 2 weeks as a quick adjustment. I work with a dietician, he's got my back as I lose a pound a day

       @soretski @DrewInExile Useful chart. Peanuts have about half as many carbs as cashews. I'm a fan of a spoon of peanut butter here and there
