       The one thing I'll never understand about the conservative mindset is that according to them, we "have to" or "can't" do certain things purely out of principle, with out anything to back up why we should or shouldn't.Like "everyone *must* work" but why? For what purpose?

       Or in the same vein that you must have a sterotypical family, dress a certain way etc etcLike I get the idea of tradition and all, but when you ask "why" to so many opinions of the conservative mindset has, it all falls appart.
