@SusanInVA While I'm glad they aren't a part of this anymore I wouldn't exactly praise Richards, the first few days were aggravating to listen to as he dropped the ball again and again, the biggest deciding factor is how shit Bingers case is, and how bad the state witnesses have been for Bingers narrative.

@El_jefe Thank you, Dorn. I haven't been watching closely, but my lord. That defense atty is out of control. Now the left is calling the judge a white supremacist. Crazy! I'll try and catch up asap, poor Kyle.I do enjoy keeping up with the Michael Avenatti pending and delayed cases that are left and hope he is jailed for the rest of his life. I know doubtful, but a girl can dream...

@SusanInVA Holy hell, I'm listening to day 6 and the defense has cross examined Gaige Grosskreutz into annihilating the prosecutions case. The defense really picked up the slack from the first week. I'm looking forward to catching up to day 7 and 8. Things are looking much better than they were on days 1-5
