       @heavens_feel I was not looking forward to Otakon 2021 as soon as they announced the face mask mandate and they canceled Otadance (while dancehalls in DC operated as normal)

       @heavens_feel Also it blocks anyone who have a sensitively issue with masks (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or people who have breathing difficulties with masks from entering. The jabcard mandate also blocks blacks and Hispanics from entering the convention due to historically recognized vaccine hesitancy.But these con runners and anime con goers who blindly supported BLM either dont care or won't recognize how discriminatory the policies are. If they operated the convention as normal, it would do their long term attendee base a lot of good. Basically, "I know they virtue signaled but AT LEAST they walked the talk"But no, they have embraced virtue signaling and covidwokeness!
