@kiikoku I am for harder event contents but the EX stage time window has to be longer. I always find myself finishing the event at the last moment. I don't understand why they even lock the EX stages on the first week.

@hagi To me the time seems enough, provided that you use practice certs as they come, clearing 2–3 maps a day until you get to EX-7/8. But I’d still prefer them releasing content without the time frame. Because these Chinese devils do not think that people “may want to play other games” or like, have hobbies, travel, whatever. @kiikoku I've found that people get filtered by AK because a lot of people don't have their units maxed.Pretty much all the Japanese artists on Twitter I'm following can't run a full E2 team and their E2 are under level 50.Bosses may be the biggest filter. Some of the "easy" clear strats involve surtr and let me say ifrit is not a real replacement for surtr. So if you're trying to go for easy clears but don't have the ops for it you're gonna have a bad time unless you wrinkle the smooths in the brain.

@kiikoku yeah I didn't mean time in terms of sanity you get but rather the actual time you have to invest in. Hard to believe but I have other things I do besides playing arknights Yostar :angry_cirno:.An additional week for EX would make me feel less like I'm being forced to play.

@kiikoku Oh it was amazing, I was very lucky. I only had to pull 4*10 to get Ska and Kal. I didn't even had to spend a single Orundum. I also got the lewd looking snake from one of daily free pull. Though I wish I had her earlier to try ou her stun skill in this event.

@hagi I hope you will appreciate your snake! I like mine very much.For this event she wasn’t a must, but I used her as a helidrop with S1 to stall some enemies, including FTT. S2 was out of possibility because of her DP cost and S2 needing time to charge (she’s getting SP only on hitting someone, remember?) For the Quintus she’s not really the operator needed, because S1 deals not enough damage (on EX-8), S2 doesn’t work on this boss, and S3 would take her hit that exploding trash can 24 times, and she must survive till then, so even if you manage to charge her S3, the rest of your team will probably be dead by then. Though of you put her on a side lane, she might work there. @kiikoku I mean, the bosses were not that hard to deal with. For FTT, just drop in a Gravel or something and burst damage and he's done. For Quintus I think you can't do much else than getting a high physical damage operator. Personally, I used Bagpipes S3.I was more thinking about using the snake against the crawlers, those that dealt arts and nervous impairment after they received some damage. Those were more interesting to deal with than the bosses to be honest, you'd get wiped if you tried to brute force kill them. I tried to first stun and then burst them with Click and Ash as the crawlers don't deal damage when stunned. They were pretty good but some would leak during cool down. The snakes long stun duration sounded amazing to use in this situation.

@hagi @kiikoku My main way of yeeting big Chungus was Exusai + warfarin. Combine it with another debuffer (shamare) or another burst damage dealer (used mudrock on the hard maps) and it can't deal with it.Snipers were OP on these maps. Made good use of Ash and Cheeto.For those counter hit blobs I either sniped them before they got close or used defenders to stall. Apparently defenders dont trigger their counters or something.Also, something dumb I learned from these maps (and one parodox simulation) W bombs trigger the bells if they are planted next to them. Fucked up my medal run and had to redo it when I noticed.Also nightingales birds can benefit from health tiles, and can presumably activate those bells and other tile properties.

@zemichi @hagi Abyssals’ healing is really something. Here (on AP-5 map) E2 Gladiia and E1 Skadi outperformed fog damage and enemy damage. With a little help from striped horse, indeed. But that help was really little: GreyThroat and Skadi were at some 4–5% after the bomber hit them, but then Skadi’s skill activated and their HP bars were replenished in the meantime between waves. @kiikoku @zemichi In the end, it worked fine for me. I stunned those that I could and catched the leak with ground units. Not that hard to manage with the overpowered units I have. I hardly ever use other units than those 15 or so that I always use so I tend to forget the others. So I appriceate you guys sharing ideas with units that I'm not familiar with. Gives me ideas on which units to try out and level next.I heard that the red certificate shop got refreshed on Chinese side. Just a little heads-up in case you need something from there. I'm farming those vouchers few times a week to maybe clear out the shop.

@hagi @zemichi The problem is that I often think of this or that operator as suitable (to the point of “if you’re not suitable, I’ll make you”), but it doesn’t always work out and I realise that I’ve just lost time on a hundred futile attempt to achieve the unachievable and lose. This event was not hard, so I could have fun placing Franka and Matoimaru directly in front of Quintus. Low DEF and high ATK played well there, as he’d be hitting someone else. (Ended up using Matoimaru for stable output.)To speak of someone to try out and level, I have long had on my mind Leizi, Asbestos and Nightmare, and now there are even more operators. However, as I could see it with Akafuyu, you don’t know an operator until you use it (or see a clear example of their skills being at use). So it boils down to “catch a tiger by its toe” when I have mats and lmd to spare. @zemichi @kiikoku The class tokens are certainly not a must. Though if you calculate in terms of Originiums, it's cheaper to farm for vouchers than to try to roll a specific 6 star operator. At this point in game, I don't have a need for rushing operators leveling so I choose to farm them.
