       A week of no kitchen. Nice new cupboards, new floor, paint etc but really not enjoying the fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle in the living room. No cooker yesterday and today. Front door open, no heating.

       Well, the kitchen is getting there. New cupboards, surfaces done. Electrics done floor today, I think. Been annoying without cooker and washing machine over the weekend.

       @TinBee I know the feeling. We got our kitchen done a few years ago and ended up with a microwave and kettle perched on a camping table in the spare bedroom for 3 weeks.Needless to say the local take always got to know us quite well.

       @kev in some ways it’s been quite fun, having to do things differently. But it is awkward,with the baby, not being able to use the sink as and when needed.Oddly, we’ve not been to the takeaways yet, we have a load of frozen microwave food.

       @TinBee oh jeez, I can't even imagine how difficult that is! We did most of the work before the kids came along.Credit to you there, I don't think I could have done that with a little one milling around.
